It's also within 10 minutes of major retailers like Target and Costco yet it feels light years away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Our internet is ideal for work/school/streaming. Amenities include heated pool (April-October), year-round hot tub, beach volleyball, tennis, basketball, pickleball and bocci ball courts. Our home has two oceanside decks plus a courtyard patio with a grill. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace while watching for whales in the winter. Rejuvenate yourself with long lazy beach days in the summer. Our hospitality can't be beat. Make use of the washer/dryer, Roku, stove, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchen is stocked with spices, oils, coffee and the like. Enjoy the many games and puzzles while watching the waves. Our home is a split-level floor plan so be prepared for several steps between each level. We have a Ring video doorbell. Finally, absolutely no pets per HOA rules.
