Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf corner unit condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the fourth floor. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. TV's are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has a queen. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.
