Step down and you will find a spacious living area with a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and socializing, the focal point of the room is a traditional wood burner, lovingly restored, where guests can gather around on cooler evenings. Upstairs, there are three well-appointed bedrooms. The triple room with a double bed and single bed has dual aspect windows with views to the front and rear of the house. The second bedroom is equally as charming and has a double bed. Step up to the lovely spacious master bedroom which has a double bed and two front facing windows with views of the village. A family bathroom with a modern suite with corner bath and separate shower cubicle completes the first floor. Outside, the cottage features a raised gravelled garden and stone patio with alpines and shrubs.
Outdoor dining furniture perfect to enjoy a family meal or simply relax with your morning coffee whilst enjoying the views across the open countryside towards Rhiw Mountain. There is also a summer house that provides dry storage space for bikes, boards, beach or other water sports equipment. The utility room is also located here with washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and WC.
