Other than the occasional duck or cat fight, you will sleep peacefully at night as there is no through traffic ~ a rarity in LA! This comfortable unit has a full kitchen, full bathroom and cozy 1 bedroom with sitting area and a/c. Canal front french doors open out onto your private stone deck & the canal, while a side dutch entry door adds to the open airy feeling. Full kitchen has dishwasher, a washer/dryer, gas stove/oven, garbage disposal & roomy fridge with ice maker. Queen bed in bedroom & sofa bed in living room. A/C & Heater split units make bedroom comfy no matter the weather. 2nd bedroom available @ +$100-/night(4 people max, includes walking children). 2nd bathroom+ bedroom available @ +$200-/night(6 people max, includes walking children). High speed power boost wi-fi throughout. Skylights provide great day light in most rooms. Comes with one dedicated parking spot...very important on the canals! All gates lock to provide security & the boat dock from which to dangle your feet completes the experience! A magical cozy rejuvenating space! Covid19 related issues: Please let us know what brings you & whomever you are traveling with to stay. Masks are required in common area and while walking on the canals.
