Completely updated in 2020, this second-floor, waterfront condo is North Ocean City living at its finest. You'll be within a short stroll of the beach, great restaurants and bars, shops, and all sorts of activities, with two community outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, and beautiful balcony views of the canal waiting to welcome you back home.
This condo features a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar. There's a dining room directly off the kitchen that flows into a spacious living area. Enjoy central air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, three TVs, streaming capability, a DVD player, and a main balcony boasting gorgeous views of the canal and the bay in the distance. The private laundry facilities and a half-bath are located off of the common area.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and balcony access overlooking the canal. The second bedroom has a private bathroom and balcony access on the front side of the building.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
