Upscale 2 Bedroom Apartment With Large Balcony and Downtown Views in Dallasis located just minutes outside of Downtown Dallas in the Design District. This property is a short walk to the American Airlines center, home to the Mavericks, and conveniently located at the head of the 4 mile Katy Trail. The home is a 5 minute drive to many local bars and restaurants, and to the Dallas World Aquarium.
The Space:
Upon entering, you’ll be met by the spacious open floor concept. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized appliances, large island, porcelain dinnerware, cookware and wine fridge. The dining area has a bistro table with 2 chairs. Following the kitchen you will enter the living room which has a sofa that converts to a queen sized bed, desk with a chair, velvet arm chair and flat-screen TV equipped with Roku, other streaming applications and cable/satellite. Following the living room is the spectacular balcony which has ample seating to enjoy the views of Downtown Dallas. The master bedroom has a king bed, two night stands on each side of the bed with storage drawers, modern light fixtures and floor to ceiling windows. In addition, the master bedroom has an en suite bath which includes a walk in shower with glass door. The second bedroom is furnished with a large king bed, two end tables, and floor to ceiling windows. The home comes with a full sized washer and dryer located in a separate closet just outside of the master bedroom.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be a short walk from the American Airlines Center (home to the Mavericks, the Stars and frequent concerts); the head of The Katy Trail; and a station on the city’s new light rail. By car, you’ll be a short ride to downtown’s burgeoning Arts and Design Districts, Main Street District and Historical District. The home is a short distance to plenty of shopping and restaurants.
Getting Around:
Public transit is available. The bus stop is an approximate 10 minute walk from the home. It is located off of Victory Parkway and Stemmons Freeway.
