You will appreciate the charm, the comfort, the brightness (south facing orientation), the large garden and the location of our house: you will thus be able to access the large Trestraou beach (900m), the port (900m) and the city center of Perros-Guirec (500m) on foot, Ploumanac h at 5 km.
The house has the cachet of a Breton farmhouse. It is completely renovated, very healthy, very functional, very well equipped and very well located: beach, town center, port on foot, Ploumanac h right next door and main tourist sites of the Pink Granite Coast less than 10 km away (Tregastel , Pleumeur- Baudou ...).
With its 2 large bedrooms, our house is ideal for families or couples with children. The rooms are very large, you can come with baby and make him sleep in one of the rooms with you if you wish (we have a baby bed with a good mattress). You can also sleep 3 children in the children's room if necessary (we will provide you with the extra bed and mattress).
You will have access to the whole house and all the equipment.
We simply closed the garage and 2 closets to store our few personal effects.

The bedding is very good. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and we wash them at the end of the stay. Likewise, complete cleaning at the end of the stay is also taken care of. We simply ask our travelers to leave the house in good condition with the "big" cleaning done.
