3 Bedroom Apartment in Kings Beach

Kingswood Village is conveniently located one mile from the lake for summer fun, and minutes from local ski areas. In the warm weather, enjoy the swimming pool and wading pool, dry saunas, tennis courts and exercise room. In winter, ski at Northstar only 15 minutes away – there’s even a shuttle service that picks up in front of the complex on Highway 267. Shop for groceries at the close-by Safeway that’s open 24/7 (Starbucks in store). Wonderful restaurants and cafes are a short drive away, or stay home and grill on the deck. This is a cozy, stylish condo with 3 bedrooms and a loft, redwood walls and knotty pine ceilings. Among all the quaint and authentic Tahoe touches, we have a new kitchen, and two new baths. There's granite and stainless and forged iron and everything is absolute first quality. The first floor has two big bedrooms, each with queen beds. The rear bedroom has a private deck. There’s a double bath with tub/shower and toilet separated from the vanity area, so big groups can share the bathroom and still have privacy. The laundry area (with full size appliances) is also here. The second floor is the main living area. There’s room for lounging and dining, with our fabulous new kitchen fully stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances, and even lots of cupboard staples. Also, behind the kitchen, there’s a second bathroom and a third queen-size bedroom. The living room has a Tahoe-style wood-burning fireplace w/ gas starter, cozy seating, and a new flat-screen TV, DVR and DVD player. There is also wireless internet. On the adjoining deck, there’s an electric grill and a great view to the well-manicured lawns of Kingswood. The dining table seats 8 and there are also 3 barstools. We have lots of board games and books. The loft has two twin beds and a small closet. It’s a perfect getaway for young folks who want some special away-space. Besides being very well-appointed, the condo has a fabulous location. You’re minutes away from many beautiful public beaches, several great golf courses, Nevada Stateline, shopping, fine dining, and every variety of outdoor recreation. Visit Truckee, Reno, Tahoe City, South Lake Tahoe – all within an easy drive. You will love this spacious, tasteful home and want to return year after year. We require a 3-night minimum, except Thanksgiving (4 nights) and Christmas/New Year periods (5 nights). The ski lease runs from Jan thru March, with an optional 1-month extension. Security deposit is $200 (for ski lease, $500). Security deposit is fully refundable if conditions warrant that. Cleaning fee is $110. Placer County occupancy tax is 10%. Please note that, until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Ski lease rates do not include utilities. Ski lease must be paid in full in advance. Contact us for all the details.
