With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this home sleeps 6 people comfortably. The home also participates in the optional Golf program that provides two associate memberships to the Rotonda Golf and Country Club (green fees paid, golf cart is a personal expense). A spacious Great Room has an open floorplan to the formal dining, kitchen and nook area. The master bedroom has a king bed and sliders to the pool deck and the en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and sliders out to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. The family bathroom has a tub with shower over. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The home has cable tv in the great room and all bedrooms; telephone and hi-speed internet service. A fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave; and a laundry room with washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are included.
