Positive: Our family of 5 found this property to be a great fit for our ski weekend. Not too far from Wolf Creek Ski Area (35 minutes) and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs. Having a grocery store, gas station, and Walmart nearby was helpful. The price was within our family budget. Would definitely stay here again!
