For additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the main living area. There is also a flat-screen TV with cable for your entertainment. The master bedroom is separated from the main living area with lovely Hawaiian-style plantation shutters. The bathroom, located next to the front door, includes a tub/shower combo. The well-stocked kitchen is convenient for making meals in-house. Dine in or sit on your private lanai to enjoy your home-cooked meals. This condo stays cool with 1 wall timed A/C unit, located between the bedroom and main living area. Unit C12 can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The condo receives a quarterly pest control spray, and the entire complex was tented in early November 2025.
