Welcome to Monopoly Luxury Manor - a Smart holiday home, self-catering, short-let property in Darras Hall. We take holiday letting to the next level, providing a luxury residential experience designed to help you connect with loved ones, relax and recharge, all in the most comfortable, quality surroundings you could imagine.
The space
We aim to provide the ultimate modern luxury getaways, which is why our manors are fully equipped with all the latest technology. Smart home speakers, and a whole host of other features allow you to control the look, feel and sound of your stay - all from our iPad or your phone. There’s also the ability to alter our amazing mood lighting, to help you achieve whatever atmosphere you wish during your time with us.
Our living quarters consist of a family room, dining room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a sunroom to help you make the most of the weather. These are all kitted out with Bose surround-sound speakers, plus there’s water, coffee and ice machines to keep you refreshed and hydrated.
Head to our entertainment area, and you’ll find our incredible games room, packed with all sorts of ways to have fun and keep busy. Challenge each other to a game of pool, poker or air hockey on one of our tables, or get lost in a virtual world by playing on our PS4 or Xbox. There’s plenty of snacks and sweet dispensers on hand to keep you going!
In our state of the art bar room,cinema-standard Tango Ice Blasts, for that hit of ice-cold sweetness. as well as our mocktail machine which can also make cocktails ! Our 3D menu mini-bar helps you choose your refreshments for the night, though please note that alcoholic drinks are not included - but you’re more than welcome to bring your own, or order some for delivery from our recommended partners.
Lastly our pool sauna and steam room and gym are the wow factor of the house.
You might like to take your beverages with you into our cinema room, complete with nachos and popcorns warmers, hot dog rollers, a fridge stocked with a range of cold drinks, as well as plenty of other sweets and snacks - everything you could possibly want to have that perfect home cinema experience!
Feel like ordering in? No problem! We have iPads all set up for you to order food and drink for delivery from our recommended partners. Pizza, Indian, Chinese, desserts, alcohol and more - everything is available to order and can be delivered right to your doorstep, so you can focus on unwinding and making the most of your time together.

A: Please remember that although the villas in the park are fairly distanced from each other, to conduct yourselves as politely with our neighbours as you would with your own, and know that you can call our hosts any time if you are experiencing any problems.
Due to being located in a private estate, guests must go indoors before 11pm at night. We have kitted out the manor to the very highest standard to ensure that your indoor experience is the very best it can be.
Please note that noise or neighbour complaints will not be tolerated, and could end up in a loss of deposit or being asked to make other sleeping arrangements.
We ask that you do not wear makeup or fake tan whilst in the jacuzzi, as this could require us to drain and refill it, putting the jacuzzi out of action during your stay.
