Just across the street is a Publix, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Starbucks and upscale liquors store with frequent wine tastings. Take the water taxi to Las Olas, Shooters, or just tour the mansions on the canals.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ The usual pool heating temperature is 87°F, and there's an additional $30 per day charge if you want it warmer up to 90°F.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
