The Space:
We designed this space to be simple, clean, and practical. But we've learned that you can still do all those things without sacrificing style. All of the rooms are spacious and offer plenty of room to spread out.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with full bathrooms. A king bed in one room and a full bed in the other. We splurged on those nicer textiles like bedding and fluffy towels, and we keep high-quality toiletries on hand in the bathrooms. A queen air mattress is available too, just let us know ahead of time!
Downstairs, there's a cozy indoor fireplace in the living room with a comfy couch & blankets. Netflix/Disney +/HULU/Amazon Prime are all included on the smart TV. The kitchen has all the supplies you need to cook a full family dinner.
Traveling with Kids:
We have young kids so we know the struggle! We can provide a pack-n-play & stroller upon request. We've found that the closet in the master bedroom fits a Pack-n-play perfectly, so it is like having a 3rd bedroom. Kids' toys are available in the closet. (If you need anything else, just ask, we might be able to help). "Metropolitan Kiwanis Park" is less than 3 min away from this condo & is a great, safe place to take kids to play!
CBS, FOX, NBC, ABC are available for sports on the TV.
Freedom Hall, ETSU & Med Center are minutes away.

The Neighborhood:
Great neighbors, safe area. This small condo is located next to a very nice neighborhood. Food City is an awesome grocery store just a block away. You've got tons of fast food options right there, too. Petros, Pals (a local legend), Panda Express, Freddy's, and more. It's such a good location!
