The house is nestled in the pines with easy access to activities, restaurants, and downtown. Its central location is only 5 minutes drive to the ski hill, hiking, and ziplining, 10 minute walk to the Country Club and golfing, less than 3 minutes drive to town, a 5-7 minute walk to Olympic Family Park and the Angel Fire tennis courts, and minutes away from walking trails. The house was built in 1999 with updates made in 2018! It features a bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The roomy downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a third trundle bed. It is connected to a 3/4 bath. The spacious master and primary guest bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king bed and private bath with a double vanity and a shower/tub with Jacuzzi jets. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a third bathroom within 10 feet. The guest bathroom has a large vanity and shower/tub. The laundry washer and dryer is located upstairs between the bedrooms. A spacious living room with a 25 foot vaulted ceiling, a dining area, and a kitchen make up the rest of the downstairs. The design makes for a perfect flow between all three areas. There are two decks attached to house. The front deck has a dining table and outdoor furniture that can seat guests comfortably. The back deck is equipped with a grill, bistro table and two chairs with six additional adirondack-style chairs.
