Located 11.4 miles (18 minutes) from Dreams Park, and 30 miles (43 minutes) to All-Star Village. 8 minutes to the village of Cooperstown.

This lovely yet casual 3 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront home rests on a hillside overlooking the lake with numerous decks leading to your own private dock. This bright home features an inviting family room and kitchen/dining area all with west-facing lake views. Sunsets are on the house! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your stay-home meals. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the family room features lake views, propane gas fireplace, Smart TV, & a shelf full of games for all levels.

There are three bedrooms; two on the main level. One room has two twins with lake views. The other has a queen with lake views. These two rooms share a full bath. Upstairs is a large, open Primary Bedroom suite with an oversized bathtub, shower, double vanity, walk-in closet and lake views.

Step outside the sliding glass doors and onto the spacious decks where the outdoor fun begins! There is plenty of seating for the whole family as well as chaise lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Make your way down to the water's edge, where you'll find yet another deck and dock. You'll enjoy great swimming here, and this spot will serve as your launch pad for canoe, paddle board, and kayaking adventures (take along a flotation device, it's a federal law!). Bring your fishing gear (and your NY state fishing license) and toss in a line. The dock can accommodate a boat up to 22' should you wish to bring your boat along or rent from one of our many local vendors.
