Enjoy all the Adirondack mountains have to offer in this beautifully renovated custom log home. Situated on the north side of the Fulton Chain of Lakes conveniently in between the towns of Old Forge and Inlet. Tucked away in a private setting on a dead-end road in a quiet neighborhood. Hiking, bike trails, lake beaches, town parks, playgrounds, restaurants, attractions are a short drive away.
The main living room features exposed beams, a smart tv, and ample seating for your group. The kitchen has been recently updated with new quartz countertops, new appliances including a dishwasher, and a custom 3 seat island. The dining room is connected to the kitchen and has seating for 8 (4 chairs and 2 benches). The game room is the heart of the home connecting the kitchen to the main living room. Here you will find a cabinet filled with books, puzzles and games.
There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house. Downstairs there is a half bath located between the game room main living room as well as a full bath attached to the primary bedroom. Upstairs there is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is shared between all three bedrooms with a separate entrance to the king size bedroom.
A large wrap around porch is great for relaxing and can be enjoyed for all weather. A fenced-in back yard provides a fire pit, firewood, and chairs for the storytelling.
