This is a perfect house for 2 families to share, with the accommodation cleverly designed with the light and airy living areas on the first floor, three beautifully presented bedrooms on the ground floor, and a further two lovely bedrooms on the top floor.
It is conveniently situated down a lane off the coast road in the heart of Thornham, only minutes walk from the coastal path leading out to the glorious sandy beach. It is also within a short walk of The Lifeboat Inn, an excellent village deli, children's playground, tennis court and two other good places to eat and drink.
Ground Floor
Bedroom 1: beautifully presented spacious room with Super king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobes, dressing table and TV.
En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

There is plenty of parking in the shingle drive at the front of the house or down the shingle driveway to the side.
The back garden is fully enclosed and part paved and part lawned. There is garden furniture. It's only a short walk onto the coastal path leading out to the sandy beach, or to renowned Lifeboat Inn.
