Free parking, complimentary Netflix, coffee & tea, two queen-size beds & a sofa bed for extra guests, AND a fully-equipped kitchen make for a comfortable home base as you explore all that the area has to offer. The Space
Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom tastefully decorated apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and features two queen-size beds and a sofa bed in the living room for the kids or an additional 2 guests. With two dedicated workspaces in the living room and free speedy WiFi, you’ll be able to work remotely, write your next novel, or finish that business plan you’ve been putting off. If you’re here to relax, take your book and a refreshing beverage out onto your private patio and enjoy your own quiet outdoor space. The sparkling clean bathrooms with shampoo & fresh towels provided are a great place for you to either get ready to go out or unwind after a long day with a hot bubble bath.
Hungry? We have a fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, electric stove, fridge, and dishwasher for all the foodies who love to cook. We also got you covered with all the cooking utensils and basic seasonings (and some a little more than basic) you’ll need to whip up something delicious. Have your kids sit at the cozy breakfast bar and show off your pancake-flipping skills! Don’t worry about where you’ll get your caffeine fix on the first morning of your stay either because complimentary coffee and tea are stocked in the cabinets, along with a coffee maker and a teapot.
Whether you’re here for work or play, come home from a long day to plop onto the couch, kick your feet up, and watch a movie on our 50” SMART TV featuring complimentary Netflix. This unit is located in a newly renovated apartment community, and on the 3rd floor. We are located in a safe neighborhood close to IAH airport. However, this means we are a bit farther from the downtown core, which is approximately a 25-minute drive via I-45 from our guest suite.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. We have an exterior camera in front of the house for security purposes.
