Each of the three bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. The fully-equipped professional kitchen features all Viking appliances, gas cooking and two ovens. Enjoy the living area with wood-burning fireplace, high definition TV and plenty of seating for up to 6 persons. There is a gas grill on the back deck. It is natural gas hooked up directly to gas so no worries on refilling tanks. The cottage is situated on 1/2 acre with a country setting surrounded by beautiful live oaks and the ebbing tides of James Island Creek in the front yard and Guy Creek in the rear. There are many options for relaxing outdoors with plenty of seating whether on the front porch, back patio or rear edge of the property at the base of the massive oak with chairs surrounding a fire pit.
