Pulling into 154 Connecticut you'll immediately know you've chosen one of the perfect vacation homes here on Fort Myers Beach. Newer built, in a residential neighborhood; you'll find this large spacious duplex. Villa A has three bedrooms and two full baths to accommodate six guests. For larger groups Villa B sleeps an additional four with two bedrooms and two full baths.
Walking into Villa A you will immediately be greeted by the generously sized great room. This open concept area is filled with natural light from the large picture windows and sliding glass doors. Vaulted ceilings and newer furnishings help complete the overall appeal of this area. Decorated in pastel shades and accented with crisp whites brings the beach inside. The living room area has a large flat screen TV with comfortable furnishings. The large picture window provides partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The full kitchen is open to the dining and living space, allowing the cook to entertain at the same time. It is fully equipped with everything you might need for preparing your meals. There is even a gas grill ground level for your barbequing pleasure. The formal dining area seats six in comfort and style.
To the right of the living area is a cozy desk area for those who may need to do a little work while on vacation. It's also a great spot for connecting to the wireless internet. There is also a futon for an additional sleeping area if needed. Adjacent to the living room is the front screened in lanai with a small unscreened balcony for those who love to bask in our Florida sun.
The lanai is sure to be one of your favorite places to relax and watch the daily happenings of the neighborhood. It also offers some of the best views of the Gulf.
Located at the front of the house is the master suite. You'll forget all your troubles as you fall asleep on the king size bed. Open the sliding glass doors that lead to the lanai for a private late night star gazing with that special someone or to let the Gulf breeze flow though and lull you to sleep. Wake in the morning to an invigorating shower in the oversized walk-in shower. The private ensuite master bathroom has his and her sinks and plenty of counter space for both of you to get ready at the same time. A very large walk in closet and ample dresser space will accommodate all your belongings while here in Paradise. Your master suite also includes an in-room TV for your private viewing pleasure.
Two guest's bedrooms on the backside of the house both have queen size beds and in-room TV's. A full bathroom in the hallway accommodates everyone.
Also included with your stay are a full size private washer and dryer, along with garage space for up to two vehicles, and a shared ping pong tablel for some great entertainment. The owners have provided a beach wagon and cooler for you to take to the beach while staying here.

Heading outside you have either the beach or Estero Bay only a 3 minute walk from the house. The historical Mound House and archeological site is located on Estero Bay where you can fish from the Bay, rent a kayak to explore the Bay, or tour the grounds. When heading to the beach you will love the convenience of having both a direct beach access right at the corner of Estero Blvd. and Connecticut, but a crosswalk as well. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach will be waiting for you to walk along and explore. Head slightly to the north where you will find Jet Ski and parasailing rentals. Restaurants and shops are less than a half mile from the house with Publix grocery store one mile south of the house. Trolley stops heading both north and south bound can be found at the corner of Estero Blvd. Head north to Times Square and experience some of our fantastic beach bars and local entertainment for a night of fun. You will also want to check out the various restaurants and shopping in Times Square. Head south to visit Santini Plaza and Lovers Key State Park for more shopping and dining, along with secluded miles of additional beaches.
