Briarhurst Cottage is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home waiting to make you feel at home! A relaxing pool oasis complete with a covered patio, outdoor sitting area, TV, fire pit, and koi pond are ready for you to enjoy. You will love relaxing in this home!
Once you walk in the door, you will be greeted with an open space floor plan ready to make you feel at home. To the left of the front door, you will find a dining room with a custom made dining table that fits up to 8 people. To the right, you will find a beautiful living area with a fireplace that is perfect for a gathering or movie night. Right in front of the door, you will find the kitchen.
The kitchen is stocked with all the pans and cooking supplies you need to make you feel at home. There is also a washer and dryer in the complete laundry room off the kitchen making this cottage the perfect place for a short term or long term stay.
Two bedrooms are on the main level. The primary bedroom and a second bedroom are right next to each other which is perfect for kids! The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a dog bed if you have any furry family members to join. You will also have access to two closets (including a custom walk-in closet) and primary bathroom suite with a tub and shower.
The other bedroom on the first floor has a workstation (including a monitor), a twin bunk bed with a trundle and a toddler bed. The closet has a pack 'n play and a queen size air mattress.
Both living areas have a pullout sofa with a queen bed for you to use if you need more space. The bar is available for you to mix up your best cocktails and enjoy to the pool!
Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bathrooms have queen size beds, walk in closets, and built in desks for a workstation. The third smaller bedroom has a twin sized trundle bed and a futon. The large bathroom can be found down the hallway for all upstairs bedrooms.
Outside you will find a beautiful pool, covered patio with a dining space, sectional and tv, a fire pit, and a koi pond for you to enjoy if the weather is nice. All pool floats are located in the gray shed. Outdoor blankets and pool towels can be found in the gray tubs on the patio.
