Seeking LONG-TERM Rental, Condo Association has a 2 month minimum requirement. We will consider plugging in minimum two month+ rentals, between bookings, but are seeking 3-12 month rentals. Crowne Plaza.....While you are there, enjoy the "Marisol" dining pleasures for daily breakfast buffets, lunches and dinners. They have the "Surfside Lounge" where you can enjoy a glass of wine and music right at the beach! In addition, often times live music entertainment.. right at the beach! Let's step inside your living is great about this condo... it has the LARGEST floor plan in the community! This 2 bedroom/2 full bath plus a "Florida Patio" bonus room is freshly painted with attractive features. The enclosed "Florida Patio" can be used as a sitting room/ or private getaway for a reading/relaxation retreat, complete with another couch featuring a queen size pull out for those afternoon naps temperature controlled by Mother Nature and the famous beach side Ocean Breeze! The main living space boasts a comfy couch, recliner, entertainment center with an additional outside sitting balcony. The dining room has a view of the kitchen, complete with all the essentials for daily cooking! The master bedroom, features a Comfortable KING size bed with a private ensuite, double sinks and with a full washer/dryer accommodations. The second bedroom, features a queen size bed.
