The back of the house faces west for those sepctacular sunsets that light up the sky.

Use of 10,000 pound boat lift for extended stay guests (bunk adjustment at renters expense) IT is required that a professional Boat Lift Company adjust the bunks of the lift to fit your boat and verify the weight of your boat. If it is too long or too heavy you will not be able to use the lift, and the dock is unusable. There is a fee ( $300.00) to utilize a boat lift company, and they must be notified in advance of your arrival to accommodate your boat fitting. The fee for the company will have to be paid in advance of your arrival. This procedure is to protect your boat and proper use of the lift. We wouldn't want the lift falling into the canal with your boat on it, as and example.
