The Space...
2nd floor unit with baby gate. No elevator.
Three bedrooms: 1 King, 1 queen and 2 twin beds plus pack n play. All have cable TV.
Two full bathrooms. Stand up shower in master, tub/shower in shared bathroom. Shampoo/conditioner, soap and lotion available.
Linens: Kitchen, bed and bath linens provided.
Dining: Table with 4 chairs. Kitchen bar with 4 stools. Toddler booster seat. Coffee supplies for drip machine and basic cooking staples available (oil, vinegar, seasonings, etc). We also have a Keurig but bring your own k cups. Easy to eat in or dine out. Food Lion grocery store (6 min drive). Cape Charles historic area shops & restaurants (5 min drive).
We have a family member with severe allergies thus a strict 'NO PETS' policy.
Bay Creek is a gated community. You'll register with Security at the entrance gate for your guest pass. The condo is self check in. Parking for 2 cars in front of double garage (not the single garage). No street parking. Entrance door is on your right that opens with a keypad. Detailed instructions with pictures will be sent 48 hours ahead, or sooner if needed.

The Access...
water: You'll enjoy the Fairways pool (steps away), the Community pool (2 min drive), and the beach (3 min drive) within the Bay Creek gated community. Refer to our onsite manual for directions.
gear: You'll find beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and gas grill all located in the garage. Sorry the golf cart is unavailable but there are rental places in town.
trails: Check out the 350 acre nature preserve. A map can be found at the Bay Creek website and our onsite manual. The trails are awesome!!! We also love walking and biking the beautiful neighborhoods. It's super safe everywhere plus the homes and grounds are gorgeous.
Our rates are lower than some because we don't have access to the exclusive Golf Course or Life Center Clubs. For properties with those amenities contact Bay Creek Resorts. If you're a boater please coordinate parking/storage with Cape Charles Marina (no guest boat parking permitted in Bay Creek).
town: Last but not least is the adorable historic town of Cape Charles. Just minutes away with lots of shops, restaurants and outside sitting & sipping destinations. There are also 2 marinas, a fishing pier, a large beach with food trucks and a park with playground. During the summer season grab a few beach chairs and go to the park on Saturday nights for live music from 7-9. It's free and the bands are fantastic! You can also find live music Friday nights on Strawberry Street. Both are outdoors/weather permitting. On Sunday evenings at 7:00 on Cape Charles beach at Monroe Ave there’s a little sunset church service. Short and sweet and a nice way to end the weekend.
Staying here you'll have the best of both worlds. You can enjoy the peaceful surroundings with access to many recreational amenities. Then head over to town when you're ready to kick up your heels. There you have a more populated beach with lots of options for shopping & dining. It'll be easy to see why they call this area 'the best kept secret'. For us it was love at first site!
