Welcome to Escape to the Sea! Be amazed as you enjoy fabulous sweeping DIRECT ocean views from the balcony, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. This condo is located on the NON-DRIVING portion of New Smyrna Beach only a few miles from Canaveral National Seashore. Just recently purchased, we have updated all kitchen appliances to stainless steel, and have also added new furnishings throughout this beautiful 7th floor unit in lovely Smyrna Beach Club.
The master bedroom includes a king bed and a 40" TV. There are 2 twin beds in the downstairs guest bedroom, and it has a 32" smart TV. Our third bedroom is upstairs - for a little added privacy. It has a queen bed, a 32" smart TV and an attached half bath. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Upgraded - Secure 100 G internet is available throughout the unit.
Please know that this is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

Outdoors- Ready for your outdoor pleasure, this unit provides AMPLE BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS, BOOGIE BOARD and MORE such as a skim board, sand toys, shovels, Frisbees, minnow nets, fishing gear, coolers, and more! If you should need it, a beach cart is provided to conveniently carry your cargo! Or, if tennis is your game, rackets and balls are here for you to play!
The LARGE southern exposure BALCONY contains comfortable seating.
Indoors - There are 3 landline phones available in the unit. Please feel free to call anywhere in the continental U.S. and Canada from these phones.
The living room includes a recliner, love seat, and a sofa with a pull out bed. CABLE TV is available on all televisions, and there is UPGRADED CABLE in the Living Room and in the Master. The downstairs guest room has a Blue ray/DVD player.
The extras continue! You will have a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN for your use, which includes all the dishes and utensils that you could need, a full size glass-top range and oven, an extra quiet dishwasher, microwave and other small appliances. The full size refrigerator includes an icemaker. The dining table seats 6 and the adjacent kitchen bar seats 3 additional people.
Washers and dryers are located in the laundry room/unit's personal storage area on all even floor in the building. Please feel free to use the shopping carts from the 1st floor to tote your laundry. As an added convenience, we provide you with laundry detergent.
This complex has a BEACHSIDE OLYMPIC geothermal HEATED POOL with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. For those who need a short break from the sun, as a bonus you can step into a large air-conditioned clubhouse overlooking the pool. Other amenities in the complex include two tennis courts, picnic tables, grills, shuffleboard, and more. Ample parking spaces too!
If you ever think you could possibly run out of things to do locally... Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure, Bob Carr Theater, Gatorland and The Amway Center about an hour and a half away.
For closer excursions there are 4 outstanding golf courses, shopping, kayaking, paddle boarding, eco-tours through the estuary, bike rentals, parasailing, mini golf, Daytona Speedway, Kennedy Space Center, Turtle Mound, Dunes Park Ponce Lighthouse and so much more!
