Welcome to 5150 Williams Drive, a well-equipped and furnished three-bedroom, two-bath private canal-front home with heated swimming pool, just a short hop across Estero Boulevard to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. This home has a covered boat house and is on a gulf-access canal. Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. This portion of the island offers a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. Amenities include ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi and laundry room. All towels and linens are provided. Outside living features the screen-enclosed and covered lanai which is nicely furnished, as well as the extended pavered patio and pool area over-looking the canal and dock. This area is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and is furnished with an umbrella table seating six, several sun loungers and a corner seating area with cocktail table.

On arrival there is plenty of off-street parking. Enter into an open plan entry foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. There is tile flooring throughout. The gourmet kitchen has plenty of Corian counterspace and backsplash and all the necessary items to prepare a full-course meal, or simply to make toast and coffee in the morning. There is a peninsular bar with four cushioned barstools on the family room side. Appliances include a dishwasher, glasstop range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. There is also a pass-through out to the nicely furnished and fully screen-enclosed covered lanai. The formal dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is furnished with a buffet and table seating six. This flows into the living room that is furnished with a leather sofa with electronic recliners, end table with lamp, side chair and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the covered screened-in lanai and pool area beyond. Adjacent to the kitchen on the other side is the family room which is nicely furnished with a recliner sofa, end tables and lamp, coffee table on an area rug, another side chair and love seat. Opposite the seating area is a corner credenza with large flat screen TV. There are sliding glass doors providing access to the covered screened-in lanai and pool area beyond.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, double dresser with mirror and a chest of drawers. There is glass sliding door access out to the lanai and pool area. The en suite bathroom dressing area has a single piece vanity with dual lavatories, wall mirrors and storage space beneath. Through a pocket door is the commode and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner chest and ample closet space. The hallway bathroom by the first guest bedroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a tiled walk-in shower with glass door. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp and a three-drawer chest.
