This property is very unique as it has a private dock overlooking the waterfront and downtown. It is in the heart of city and close to everything. On premise there is a pool, private dock, BBQ options and tons of fun. Having a three bedroom condo is rare especially in central Austin and on the water so it makes it perfect for big groups. I have 3 beds, couch and a blow up 4th bed so it sleeps 6-8 comfortably. This is one of the most unique properties in all of Austin because of its location on the Lady Bird Lake. It is the last private property before the park starts on the hike and bike trail that goes for about 15 miles around the central part of the city. It is close to everything and sleeps up to 6 comfortably (three full beds) with options for more. Great deal for families or friends that want to have a group getaway and enjoy Central Austin without having to pay a ton of cash for separate hotel rooms. This condo will be fully furnished. Dressers, drawers, tables, flat screen TVs, patio furniture, kitchen appliances and dish ware etc.. You will have full cooking essentials, Flat screen TV's, comfortable beds, relaxing couches, linens and toiletries (essentials) and much more.. Parking is available. This condo is on the second floor and it is two stories so there is 2 sets of stairs. One set of stairs to get into the condo and one set of stairs to get up to the master bedroom and the other bedroom with king size bed. If there is mobility challenges this may not be ideal for the guests. In addition there is no formal dinning table so if you are looking for a large family table to dine this may not be an ideal fit for you (Please contact me through the website) My home will be your home. You have access to everything in the condo including kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms walk in closets, water and city view balcony, etc.. You will also have full access to the pool and BBQ amenities, the private dock with canoe rentals next door, the hike and bike trail (we are the neighbor to the entrance) the park, on-site laundry facilities, close proximity to downtown and all it has to offer, walking distance to restaurants, bars and live music venues, mini marts, grocery stores and so much more..
