1) We have an OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS on the property to ensure guest and owner security. They installed OUTSIDE ONLY.
2) Our home accommodates up to 14 GUESTS. Please no extra guests, including daytime visitors and overnight guests.
3) Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door.
4) Our home is SHOE-FREE. New hardwood floors were installed and scratch very easily.
