Located just off Irlo Bronson (the 192). Gated community, private pool and spa, private backyard, Community pool with splash pad and fitness centre. Four bedroom, three full bathrooms. This spacious open concept home boasts a spacious living room, dining area as you enter, in addition to the family room and eating area off the kitchen. Two master bedrooms with en-suite- one king with four post bed/canopy and one queen. Two bedrooms with two single beds in each. Comfortably sleeps eight. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need in a home away from home. Just off the kitchen there is an area for dining and a family room with a flat screen TV. From there you can enter the pool area which also boasts a spa/hot tub. If the pool is not enough to keep the kids (and kids at heart) busy we have a games room with a pool table and other activities. Our pool is not overlooked by adjacent property. Trees and shrubs provide privacy from neighbours on each side. One week pool/spa heat is included with your quote. For bookings longer than one week, additional pool/spa heat charges will apply. For guests with little travelers, we have pool fencing/gate, a pack and pack and play crib and a high chair. We also have a laundry room and ironing board. We are very close to Walmart, Publix, Target and restaurants, and only 5 miles to Disney! We enjoy being comfortable in our home and know how important it is to have a place to stay on your vacation that provides comfort and luxury. We know you will enjoy our vacation home and will want to book your next vacation with us as well.
