Just ten minutes drive from the medieval town of Conwy, with all its shops and eateries and a further ten minutes to the seaside town of Llandudno, Pipeline Cottage is a place to rest and relax in comfortable surroundings but also a place to use as a base to explore this wonderful part of the world. Surf Snowdonia, Bodnant Gardens, Zip World and Bounce Below are all within easy reach of here. Betws y Coed, ‘The Gateway to Snowdonia’, is close by and provides visitors with a variety of places to eat drink and shop. If you are looking for a short trip out to a nearby restaurant then there a some nice places to eat in the village of Trefriw just 5 minutes from the house. You can even stroll down to the bar and restaurant in the surf park. Bedrooms: Two Bedrooms. One upstairs double bedroom with views over the valley and an ensuite bathroom. One twin bedroom with views over the valley and an ensuite shower room, Bathrooms: One downstairs shower room with basin and WC, one upstairs ensuite bathroom with basin, wc and large bath with shower attachment, and one upstairs ensuite shower room with basin and wc, Kitchen: Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and granite worktops. There is a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, Sitting Room: Comfortable seating for all guests, Large TV with freeview and open plan, Dining: Open plan dining area with kitchen and sitting area. Seating for 6 guests, Utility Room: Washing machine is located in a separate room from the kitchen, Garden: There is a gravelled area in front of the house which overlooks Surf Snowdonia that guests have the use of, Heating: The house has gas central heating, Parking: There is parking at the house for several cars. Please note there is a charge of £20 per dog. This will be requested by Great Escapes Wales when your booking is received.
